Organizations that provide goods and services
to organizations in the game presentation industry are considered “Allied” organizations. All organizations, Active or
Allied, must have paid their 2010 IDEA membership dues to attend the conference
at the member rate.
Corporate Partner Attendees are those Allieds who have purchased Corporate Partnership Packages. A certain number of complimentary attendees are included in your package. Additional attendee credentials may be purchased at a reduced price. ALL ATTENDEES MUST REGISTER, regardless if they will be receiving complimentary credentials or purchasing additional credentials.

Late Registration Information
- Effective January 1, late fee of $100 assessed
- Effective January 16, late fee of $200 assesssed, payable by credit card only
- Effective January 30, late fee of $300 assesssed, payable by credit card only
- Effective February 6 online registration closes
- Onsite registrations will be accepted beginning February 13, payable via credit card
