Networking Events

IDEA prides itself on it's networking advantages.  ALL conference attendees, both Allied and Active, are included in the networking events at no additional charge.  The opportunity to meet with colleagues in an informal setting is consistantly ranked as the number one reason conference attendees return to IDEA.

Opening Reception (Sunday)

Enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while exploring the newest innovations available from our Allied members.  The Allied Member Showcase will continue for the next three days at both regularly scheduled times and by appointment.

Lunch (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)

Join your colleagues for an informal lunch in the Allied Member Showcase area.  Waiting for the buffet line to clear is a great chance to visit with some of our IDEA corporate partners. Additionally, Specialty Lunches for Lacrosse, Marketing and Facilities will be held on Monday.

Evening Networking Event  (Monday)

Enjoy a tour and dinner at one of our local hosts where we will partake of the local Tampa flavor.  While there we will also being doing voting for the Golden Matrix Awards.

Our local hosts show off their facilities while attendees enjoy dinner and recreation.

Hall of Fame Induction and Golden Matrix Awards Dinner (Wednesday)

The glitz and glamour of the awards gala awaits.  Join us in celebrating the superior achievement of our members in programming, as well as the induction of the Hall of Fame Class of 2010.  Prior to the presentations, we will be voting on the "Best Overall Video Display" category.
