Exhibitor InformationExhibit Space All IDEA Corportate Partnership packages include one 10 x 10 exhibit area in the Allied Member Showcase. Your exhibit space includes an 8’ high back wall, 3’ high side dividers, one 6’ draped table, two side chairs, one wastebasket and one identification sign. Additionally, two standard electrical outlets and cleaning will be provided with each space. If you have additional exhibition needs, please contact the official IDEA Services Contractor listed below. Every effort will be made to maximize traffic for all exhibitors with the Opening Reception, as well as daily lunch, being served in the Showcase area. Set Up: Sunday, February 14 beginning at 10:00 am. All exhibitors are asked to be present in the Showcase area at 5:00 pm, Sunday, February 14 for a power check. Tear Down: Wednesday, February 17 beginning at 1:00 pm to be completed by 4:00 pm Electric and Phone Services provided by the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay. Please remember that your booth space is supplied with two standard electrical outlets.
