Organizations that provide goods and services
to organizations in the game presentation industry are considered “Allied” organizations. All organizations, Active or
Allied, must have paid their 2010 IDEA membership dues to attend the conference
at the member rate. Corporate Partnership Packages are available for Allied members who wish to participate in the Allied Member Showcase.
Allied organizations who do not wish to participate
in the Allied Member Showcase may register as Allied attendees.

Allied member conference attendance package: $1500
Allied member Early Bird discount price (register by Oct. 31): $1350
Non-IDEA member suppliers to the industry: $2075

Late Registration Information
- Effective January 1, late fee of $100 assessed
- Effective January 16, late fee of $200 assesssed, payable by credit card only
- Effective January 30, late fee of $300 assesssed, payable by credit card only
- Effective February 6 online registration closes
- Onsite registrations will be accepted beginning February 13, payable via credit card
- Member onsite fee: $1900, Non-member onsite fee: $2475
