Event Sponsorship Opportunities
IDEA offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities for Allied members to gain additional recognition. The following are a list of events and items that are available for sponsorship. In addition to the recognition with your sponsored event/item, further recognition of your support of IDEA will be included in the conference program.

Opening Reception
Investment: $12,000 exclusive (no longer available)
$3,000 shared (up to three remain)
IDEA kicks off each conference with the Opening Reception in the Allied Member Showcase. Members flock to this event to catch up with old friends, make new contacts and see all the latest and greatest products and services of our Allied members.
Excursion to St. Pete Times Forum
Investment: $18,000 exclusive

Following tours of the home of the
Tampa Bay Lightning, IDEA heads to for a good time and great vittles.
This networking event promises to be one that IDEA members talk about
for years to come!
Excursion to Raymond James Stadium
Investment: $18,000 exclusive

Take a look at the famous Buccaneers' Pirate Ship and tour both the stadium and world-renowned practice facility while enjoying dinner and recreation. A good time is guaranteed to be had by all!
IDEA Hall of Fame Induction and Golden Matrix Award Dinner
Investment: $30,000 exclusive
$5,000 shared (up to six available)
Join us in honoring IDEA's best and brightest, as the evening kicks off with the IDEA Hall of Fame induction. Following dinner, we will recognize the winners from this year's Golden Matrix Awards competition.
Breakfast Networking Event
Investment: $4,000 exclusive (three days available)
$2,000 shared (up to six available)
You asked for it, you got it!
Breakfasts return to the 2010 event in Tampa, dependant upon
sponsorship. Members want to start their day right with a good
breakfast before a morning chalk-full of meetings. Breakfast will be available by voucher, and your logo will appear on those tickets.
Lunch Networking Event
Investment: $10,000 exclusive (three days available)
$2,500 shared (up to twelve available)
After an intense morning in the
classroom, this extended time period allows IDEA members to relax at
lunch and then enjoy the Allied Member Showcase. Lunches are held in
the Allied Member Showcase area.
Afternoon at the GMAs
Investment: $5,000 exclusive
$1,000 shared (up to five available)
One of the highlights of the
annual IDEA conference is the Golden Matrix Awards screening and
voting. This informal event features theatre-type munchies and lots of
great entertainment.
Coffee Breaks
Investment: $3,000 exclusive (five breaks available)
$1,500 shared (up to ten available)
With IDEA members filling their brains at all the educational offerings, these short breaks provide greatly appreciated fuel.

Golden Matrix Awards first round judging and finalist reels are available to those who volunteer to judge and become a part of their permanent library.
