Reservations

You are responsible for your own hotel accommodations.  You will need to identify yourself as a member of IDEA to receive the special room rate.

Reservation Deadline

Room reservations must be made by January 14, 2010 in order to be eligible for the conference rate.  Please be advised that, should IDEA's reserved rooms be sold out before that time, the conference rate will not be honored.  After the cut-off date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.
